CALEB CHEN

Service Corps Co-Chair

Caleb currently works at an early stage, 4-person, start-up that is improving the way employers hire hourly workers, by connecting people to jobs based on preference and attribute analysis using data science. His main responsibilities include managing client operations, developing marketing strategies, and creating a roadmap for product design. He was previously a consultant at Ernst & Young working in the Rapid Profit Transformation practice helping companies decrease process inefficiencies.

Growing up, Caleb was fortunate enough to be a part of a few local non-profit organizations that have helped him in invaluable ways. He loves the opportunities to help local non-profits Net Impact provides and all the talented people he has met during his time as a mentor and volunteer consultant. He graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics and Chinese.
