Evelyn (Evie) Bauman grew up in Indiana and after spending 22 years in the Midwest, she loves calling NYC her home. She currently works as a researcher for Eurasia Group, a political risk research and consulting firm that helps clients understand and forecast the intersection of politics and business. Previously, she spent a year in Haiti working for an international nonprofit that provided critical social services to communities in Port au Prince.
She loves getting more involved in the local community and connecting social impact-oriented individuals through her work planning Net Impact NYC’s chapter events (including the Social Impact Summit and monthly dinner discussions/networking nights). She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in International Economics and French.
